Training
Manager has to make some bright choices. I light up the room as I enter. Well, at least I light up a cigar. Training is bit like a cigar - you have to have a lighter. Ah, I see you all understand what I mean, good. Oh, you all know me, throwing out managerial pearls totally free. I guess the lesson to learn here is really just to keep lighters at hand, simple.
